Introduction

This index furnishes a mechanism to locate Supreme Court of Guam opinions that adjudicate particular points of law.  It is a work in progress, and may not contain the most current information on Supreme Court of Guam opinions.

The index refers primarily to the principal holding(s) announced by each opinion. Not all opinions of the Court are included in the index. Dictum and secondary rulings receive less mention.

The index makes no claim as to the accuracy, completeness or adequacy of its contents. Opinions differ as to the appropriate contents of any summary of another document. Hence, the original Court opinions contain the only complete recitation of relevant facts and law. The reader is urged to consult that primary source.
